Random Moments in the Dunn Household

During the last week of school there was a theme day "Crazy Hair Day". Annie & Josh were super excited to participate. Here are the results:

Happy Birthday Annie

My Sweet Annie-Girl turned 8 on July 26!  I cannot believe it (I think I say that every year on her birthday).  Seems like just yesterday I was sitting in her beautiful nursery rocking her, singing & praying over her in awe of the life God had entrusted to Shawn & I to raise.

Eight years later I am soo proud to be her mom.  I see in her such a heart to know God and to obey him.  Her dreams, as of now, are to go to India when she grows up to teach orphans.  Wow--what greater ambition could she have?  I am so thankful for the way she is seeking to please God and her parents.  I truly am blessed by my 8 year old girl!

The Things We Do for Free Food

Once a year chick-fil-a invites customers to dress up like a cow from head to hoof to receive a free combo meal.  So, our family, which is never one to pass up a free meal decked out in cow attire & headed over to Chick-Fil-A to claim our free combo & kids meals!  It was so fun & totally worth it!
